RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment to appropriate contributed funds from the Optimist Club for the skate park in the amount of $15,000.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $5,000 to appropriate the receipt of funds from ElectriCities to be used for lighting at the skate park.
